Her. Very sweet dog, especially since times are hard. I offered owner some assistance, but he told me he was "out there hustling" everyday and didn't need my money.

Awwwww! I hadn't even noticed. Such a sweet girl. I hope things are ok for her and her owner. He also had a Jack Russell mix with him that he said belonged to his son, but that picture didn't come out as well. (The Jack Russell was a bit more fidgety.)
