I want 129

It's not a real "goal" or even a "trophy number." More like a pipe dream, in that I'd have to be on crack to actually accomplish it or think I can but. I need something to hold onto, because I'm stressed about this work crap and I really want to dive into the food and I need something to hold over myself as a mantra or a whip and right now, it's getting under 130.

I'm honestly not sure if I can do it on less food (or at least clean paleo/primal) or more exercise or what.

We just had the most mind-numbing virtual training, which I had to do from home on my personal time thank you very much, the gist of which was we know you and the clients hate the new system...but it's good for you. Make it work.
