Two 1/2 hour run/walk/run

with hill repeats.

10 push-ups.

Brunch with Hubby at Chow. My first exercise in doing a restaurant meal and sticking to "pure paleo" for my Whole30 challenge. I gotta say, lamb burger with salad and fruit, no yogurt, no bun is a lot better on the satiety front than the quinoa/fruit/yogurt combo and didn't spike my blood sugar or give me any other cravings.

I know the Paleo thing is controversial and some people think the science is bollocks, but it might be the answer for me, at least for awhile.

We're in the middle of doing a catch-up on the MCU movies today. Last night was Daredevil and right now we're watching the first X-Men movie.
