Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow-Bryan Ferry
It could be pretty much anything from Taxi or Mamouna, but this has a very sleepy, lilting, wistful quality that always helped knock me out if I put on the Taxi CD.
I love the way Bryan takes a song about an innocent virgin about to give it up and makes it about a jaded older man wanting to believe that the girl (or boy for that matter) is anything but a beautiful gold-digger, even though he knows better.
Bonus points for the video, another atmospheric gem featuring Mr. Gorgeous and YES! that is Anna Nicole Smith as the girl, adding an extra dollop of wistful.
