"Rite of Torchwood" TW100 drabble Gwen/Owen Rating-PG13

Title: Rite of Torchwood
Fandom: Torchwood
Pairing: Gwen/Owen
Rating: PG13
Notes: Written for TW100 challenge 166-Gilt/Guilt. Unbeta'd
Summary: Remorse and redemption

Owen didn’t need a stopwatch to count the seconds it took for Gwen to stop screaming his name and start worrying about her precious Rhys. He could see the guilt building up and figured he’d better clue her in on the Torchwood way.

“Look, it’s easy. You take one of your Retcon pills, put it in a drink for Rhys. Then you sit him down and tell him everything. He wakes up in the morning with no idea he ever heard it. Perfect forgiveness.

“I couldn’t do that to him.”

Owen nodded like he believed her.

She’d do it.

Eventually.
