Celebrating one month in the new office....

By forgetting my security pass!

I'm not sure if I should be embarrassed that this happened at all or thrill that it took this long. I know WHY it happened. Monday, Wednesday, Friday are gym days, where the pass stays in my pocketbook and I take BART to work. Tuesday and Thursday are bike days when all my important stuff goes into either my back-pack or the zip-up pockets of my neon yellow padded vest. Obviously the transfer did not take place last night.

Luckily, Connie is in the office today, so I can borrow her card to get in and out. If she wasn't, I'd be able to get in, but I'd have to take the long way around through the main office and advertise my stupidity every time I went to the bathroom or something.

My workout was a little rough this morning. I did all my push-ups, but wasn't that happy with my form and I pooped out at 23 minutes of jogging on the treadmill instead of making it to 25 before I went back to walking. I did get the speed up to 4.3, but I was aiming for 4.5. I also kind of overheated. Treadmill + Sweatshirt. Not the greatest combination. I also didn't stretch my legs afterwards. I just popped 800 mgs of Motrin to fend off the results of that oversight.
