So of course I'm getting a major craving for sugar/fat binging.
There's no need for this as I'm most emphatically NOT really hungry. Had a yummy brunch at Chow-Veg Omelet and a side of fruit. I am NOT hungry. I haven't binged since late December, and it's just my mind and body fucking with me.
I am determined to fight this off.
In about a 1/2 hour, I'm going down to get my goddess nails done, and then I think I'm going to take a nap.
