I was down at 730AM all ready to ride to work, but somehow the chain was off my bike! I spent a few minutes futzing with it and getting grease all over my hands before giving up. I RAN upstairs, washed my hands, switched work out clothes and went to the gym instead where I had almost no time left.
Very quick workout-
1 set of 30 pushups with no breaks (YAY ME)
Ten minutes stair master.
Five minutes trying out some abs work with weights.
This pisses me off so much. I don't like riding the bike. I don't enjoy it, even on the best of days. BUT it is an effective way to beef up my cardio, so I do it. Having the technical crap betray me is very frustrating.
