Happy Fourth of July-from K-gal and Ivan at the Freedom Run 5-K

I finished in about 43.44 with NO WALK BREAKS!!!! In a very small pack, I still beat about three people, including Ivan. Gorgeous day out. Got to spend some time with Ivan picking apart historical inaccuracies in movies like John Paul Jones and The Scarlet Coat and having a nice brunch at Crepes on Cole.
