Yes, I'm a bitch. Yes, it's a stupid, petty little thing....

BUT IT DRIVES ME CRAZY!

Please note what I have to see in emails from my co-workers…not just co-workers, people who are superior to me in the corporate food-chain and who I am dependent on to do my job:

The carrier must of refunded on their side.

NO! NO! NO! NO! The carrier must have refunded on their side. I KNOW it sounds the same, especially if you’re assuming a contraction of “must have” to “must’ve” BUT IT’S STILL WRONG!

Someone PLEASE tell me I’m not the only one who goes ballistic (at least inside) when they see this stuff.
