Medical paranoia seeping in

Dull ache. Lower right abdomen. Intermittent and more throbby than sharp, but definitely painful. Started yesterday, continued until I fell asleep. I thought it was gone this morning, but it has just reappeared. No fever, so probably not appendix related.
