She needed a place to run and hide.
Cuddy drove away from the wreckage of her life. Not just her home, but the emotional lie she’d built up and believed in only to see it shattered with the force of a speeding car driven by a madman.
Mom would take care of Rachel. She might even try to keep her permanently.
If it came to that, Arlene would be in for the fight of her life. It was a good thing Cuddy still had one friend left.
