"Mistletoe and Wine" Torchwood drabble Jack/Alice/Emily, Jack/Owen/Suzie

Title: Mistletoe and Wine
Fandom: Torchwood
Pairings: Jack/Alice/Emily, Jack/Owen/Suzie
Rating: PG
Notes: Drabble-a-Day 2011. Day 360. Prompt from tw100. Challenge #224. Prompt-CHRISMASOLSTIKWANZAKAH. Prompt from book-junkie007: Torchwood; Jack; more alike than you know.
Unbeta'd. Comments and concrit welcome.
Summary: A Tale of Two Christmases

Alice and Emily insisted that he attend Christmas dinner. A well-stuffed goose, family members, and the pieties and hypocrisy of the era. No need to mention that his Saviour traveled in a blue box. Harder to play along with the lie that Alice and Emily were nothing more than “dear friends.”

Someday things would be different.

Owen and Suzie were barely speaking to each other, but it wasn’t like Jack had anything better to do. Why not share a chicken from Sainsbury’s and a quick tumble with his two favorite agents?

Not much had changed in 100 years.
