Parked the bike in the office and went across the street to 24 Hour Fitness, where I did push-ups, crunches, core-work, weights etc.
THE BAD NEWS:
I seem to have triggered a muscle spasm in the right side of my neck. The weird thing is that I think it happened while I was walking up the stairs to the locker room. I was FINE on the bicycle, but while I was going up stairs, I grabbed the bannister to steady myself and I could FEEL something go weird.
By the time I was in the locker room, my range of motion felt off and I was in a certain amount of discomfort while working out, which I'd stay graduated to pain by the time I got to the office.
I took ibuprofen, but it didn't help much. I have some Flexeril at home and I'm hoping that will work. I'll also use a massager and maybe soak in hot water. I'm on a roll both with food and exercise and I don't want to lose it now.
