Being sick sucks!

I have a nasty sore-throat, coughing, headache, mucus thing going on. That's bad enough, but tonight the Roxie is showing one of my favorite movies in the world, To Live and Die in LA featuring the insanely young and gorgeous William Peterson. Amazing performances by Willem Dafoe, John Turturro, and Dean Stockwell absolutely oozing sleaze. Brilliant score by (don't laugh) Wang Chung. I haven't seen it on the big screen since the original release. I really want to go.

However, even if I can fend off the coughing with syrup and cough drops, it wouldn't be fair to go out when I might be contagious. (The Roxie is a small theater and the NOT NECESSARILY NOIR festival is very popular.)
