It felt really good to back on my own bike in my own climate. I had to get some blubber off this week, so I did a detox/cleanse and mostly lived on veggie juice and green smoothies, while I was hitting the gym and really working the core and abs. Feeling MUCH more presentable now and I got my nails done, because they were in SAD shape.
I got out late so the crowds were all over the place AND tomorrow is the SF Marathon (which I'm NOT doing) so there were some barricades up already. I decided NOT to go for Fort Point, and just did a second loop to Mission Bay.
