In the blender, food-processor, or smoothie maker of your choice crush 4 ice cubes and 2 or 3 cardamom seeds. (The cardamom is totes optional...don't trip if you don't have some lying around.)
Add 1 cup unsweetened Almond milk. I like Califa, but Almond Breeze, Pacific or Whole Foods House brand are all hunky-dory. Vanilla flavored is fine too, but you gotta hunker down with unsweetened. If you make your own, you're a better man than I am, Gunga Din, but rock on with your bad self. Blend/mix for a ten-count.
Add 1/4 to 1/2 (depending on your caloric concerns) of very ripe banana. The riper, the better....black and slimy is best, 1/4 cup canned pumpkin (say it with me people---UNSWEETENED) and 1 TBSPN unsweetened, canned coconut milk.
Blend, blend, blend. Throw in some vigorous shakes of cinnamon and nutmeg and a smidge of vanilla, if you've got vanilla extract around, which I'll bet you do.
Blend, mix, puree until you achieve the consistency of your dreams. I prefer mine on the liquidy side over the frothy one.
Pour into a long, tall glass
