Day 10 of 10 work days in a row.

I'm a bit of a hot mess, but I get my weekends back starting tomorrow. Hubby is happy, Karaoke Kronies are happy, and I'm probably going to spend the first 24 hours sleeping....after I get up and exercise that is. I'm "clean" on my food, by my current abstinence standards: Just Eat Real Food and Don't Binge. No sugar, no gluten, no grains. Low carb, high fat, etc etc. But I'm definitely running damn close to compulsive exercise again, or I'm One Toke Over The Line Sweet Jesus, depending on how you look at it. Like yesterday---1 hr on the bicycle, Yoga class, and five push-ups.

Today I'm feeling slothful, so I'm skipping Yoga, but going to walk three miles and hit the gym for what will no doubt be a painful session with the foam roller.

Let it be known that I haven't touched anything on the pain relief spectrum in over a month.

Did I mention Hubby and I are going out to dinner on Valentine's Day? This is noteworthy because I'm not a big fan of V-day in general, being more of the "I don't need a special day to show I'm in love" type and because Hubby has generally been working and especially because last year, (or maybe the one before) he did want to take me out and I was in such a psycho-calorie restriction head-space that I refused and was kind of snippy about it to boot.

This year, I've made a reservation at Kombu, which can provide me with Paleo food and still give Hubby a "real" dinner.
