I did start the next canon-subversion fic, even though I haven't actually seen the canon I'm trying to subvert. I think it's going to actually be one of my lighter fics. The bunny is absolutely adorable.
Obviously getting to the gym was right out of the picture because as soon as I'd acheived a reasonable facsimile of consciousness, I dragged my ass down to Cafe Petra and managed to get "Adam". Just as it was finishing up, Hubby walked in, all bedraggled from work and bearing Valentine days gifts in the form of a heart-shaped pendant made out of garnets and instead of being all over it and him, I was trying to make sure I didn't lose the episode and have a major freak out over that. BAD
I brought my lap-top to work. I don't think there's a wireless connection for me to glom onto here, so I'll hit Mickey D's on my lunch break to try and get Re-set.
What drives me nuts is both wanting to and not wanting to read all the reviews. So far from what I've heard things are not as bad as the spoilers would have led to believe in the Schmoop-schmoop department. Also by the time I'm able to post Torch-babble, everybody but the hard-cores will already be on to something else.
Hoping for a better day on the DOD. Yesterday was absolutely hellacious. Everybody think good thoughts for Steve. He's doing a great job of diving into this mess and I really like working with him. It's incumbent on me not to melt-down too loudly and scare him away.
