Meme a day 2008-Day 102-What Generation Do You Belong In

Ganked from strawberrytatoo

I think this is kind of true, despite my age discrepancy with this group. Like being over (ahem) twenty years older. Not sure exactly how flexible/adapable I really am

You Belong in Generation Y

You fit in best with people born between 1982 and 2001.

You are cooperative, flexible, and adaptable.

You know the world changes quickly, and you're eager to change with it.

You are socially responsible, forward thinking, and open minded.

Sniffle, sniffle, cough cough.

Well the sniffling could be me reacting to a bunch of post-TW finale fic, such as haldane's most recent, extremely lovely posting at omni_fiction or I'm getting a cold. Actually, I've had the coughing congestion going on for a few days, but it's not like I can call in sick with a tropical disease and swan off to the UK to see one of John Barrowman's concerts, even if it would involve seeing him (and I quote, as well as link)
Prowling the stage like a sultry panther procured from the depths of Hades.

I think the review is under the influence of heavy-duty Barrowmania and most certainly needs a beta.

Luckily, it's semi-quiet today, in spite of the hellishness in the industry this week, which I'm sure you've all read about. I got a bit of a plot-bunny bite, so daasgrrl, I'm working on your Capt. John/Ianto fic, although some J/I/G seems to be creeping in as well.

By the way, since the UK, is finally getting the fourth season House episodes, the one and only paperclipbitch has started turning her estimable talents toward the newbies and doing more with them (well some of them) than I would have thought possible, although I should never doubt her brilliance, and all hail the return of snarky-Chase! I wish she'd been able to do this is while we were being barraged with the "Numbers" because it would have made that period a helluva lot more enjoyable. However th fic is awesome, Amber-lovers and femslashers should head right on over.

Hubby and I got through the first Life On Mars (finally) and he's definitely hooked, so hopefully we'll knock a lot of those off this weekend, although I'll also be seeing Ivan to present his Hawaiian shirt, since he was kind of enough to look in on our finch while we were away and I'm expecting some Mint time with hllangel and kijikun to hear their Squeeeeeee-ful tales of seeing the Sultry Panther himself.

Hopefully I'll be up to all this sociability. Definitely a soup night.
