I've got a foam roller sponsor!
This was meant to be an essay/exhortation about one self-created rule that has helped me immeasurably in the fitness process on the exercise side: Do the thing you hate most first. For me, this has evolved from being core/ab work with the Bosu or Stability ball to bicep curls to sit-ups on an inverted slant-board to push-ups.
