Run Wild

10 mile training run/walk/run on Saturday.

A slight cheat because I kept it FLAT and the weather was fabulously sunny and crisp.

Here's the route.

More important, even though I was CRAWLING at the end, I still did it in under three hours. This is promising for my 1/2 Marathon in September, because technically I have to finish that in 3:30.

My reward to myself was a 50.00 splurge at Ameoba records on Haight Street. It was NOT my pancakes at Chow on Sunday, although I'm not gonna kid you, I enjoyed the holy hell out of those.

My next major weight-loss goal is to see if the Evil Scale God will let me get under 140.
