I was just down at Crunch getting a work-out in and all the girls at the counter were wearing pink-lace tutus around their waists. I realize they had them over pants and things, but it looked very silly and I was deeply offended on all their behalfs, especially as I didn't see any male employees thus attired. Apparently the idea is to promote a new class called "Tutu Fresh" Learn ballet technique set to fresh, hot music that will bring out the inner dancer in you. ***** Meanwhile, there's some kind of protest/riot/demonstration going on within hearing distance of my office, although I have no idea what it's actually about. Also, I'm going to lose having a window that faces out on the street. The firm is moving its offices tomorrow and I'm probably going to end up in a glorified closet. ***** Hubby's move to Kaiser Oakland has been pushed back to 5:30PM. I can't deal with this at all. I especially can't deal with needing at least 45 minutes to get there. Sit with him for a few hours, get back, and then have to go work tomorrow at the regional office while the move is going on. ***** Problem Child #1 may not be my problem much longer. It turns out I'm so uncooperative that he wants to work with a different agent. Steve won't/can't do it and the only other option is one of the New York girls, which leaves coverage issues, so he might just be told to go to the other agency. This would make me so happy you can't believe it, because then he will find out that it's NOT ME. Any agent he works with is going to have to deal with the same company guide-lines.
