21) Looking back, are you where you thought you would be in 2008?
In 1998, I was sort of dealing with the failure of my first book deal and realizing I wasn't going to be Sue Grafton. On the other hand I had high apple pie in the sky hopes for West Hollywood. I thought I was going to finish it quickly and sell it and start the process all over again. HA HA HA.
I also thought that if I were in travel, I'd still be at Getz. I loved that place and the people there.
Getz got sold to Navigant i.e. The Evil Empire.
West Hollywood took too long to write and according to 20 agents wasn't worth looking at.
I NEVER thought I'd get back into fandom or fan fiction and look at me now. :)
