Food/Exercise update---
I'm on my 4th day of no caffeine/sugar and somewhat less starch/fat.
Fruit and cheese instead of Earl Grey and Coffee Cake for Breakfast
A Mixt Greens Salad instead of a massive Sandwich for lunch.
Chicken/veggies/Fruit for dinner instead of scarfing massive amounts of chips and dip. I swear to god, the last few months, I was all about the Ruffles and the Dip. Like tubs of the stuff. It's a wonder I can fit into anything at this point and there's a lot that's gotten awfully tight.
Gym on Monday and Wednesday and I walked to work today.
I might sign up for the Zippy the Pinhead 5-K, just to be specifically training for something, despite my disappointment with last year's event. (Ugly shirt, no doughnuts.)
