Mind-exploding rant

I don't know why this drives me so crazy but it does, especially in an email from the HEAD OF ACCOUNTING at my Travel Agency:

"Yes it should have been highlighted I must of missed it since it was between two that were commented"

And I know it's not a one-time thing. She does this ALL THE TIME. She really doesn't know that it's "must have" instead of "must of".

ARRRRRGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!


ETA: And because I'm apparently not in a very forgiving mood today:
From a client...an attorney...A FREAKING PARTNER:
"Are there isle seats available on these flights?"
