Nike Women's Marathon Random Draw
I had a good food week and then a very bad food Sunday. What is it about that damn Jelly Belly dispenser at the Mint that just twists my thinking? Anyway, I'm mostly OK today, and will hopefully be back at the gym doing the core workout with the Bosu and the stability ball tomorrow.
I've definitely signed up for the Zippy the Pinhead 5-K in two weeks and will probably do Bay to Breakers in May.
The BIG QUESTION is June.

This is a women's run that benefits the Komen Foundation, and to do it I'd have to crash at my co-worker's place in Alameda.
The Giant Race on June 12.
This one is in the city and benefits Project Open Hand.
I did a little over 6 miles yesterday. I basically need to double that in two months and almost as important stay out of the crap. Because when I start binging, I stop moving.
