Notes: Written for tw100. Challenge 157-Heat. Un-beta-ed. Takes place sometime after Countrycide.
Summary: Cold outside; heat within.
Gwen shivered, looking up at Owen’s apartment building.
It was a typically bitter Cardiff night, but the heat was building inside Gwen; the need and longing that had ignited the minute a certain rude bastard had mocked her pizzas. Now she could no longer deny that every word he’d said in the Beacons was true.
Jack was a tease; a warm blanket she could wrap around herself on a cold night, if necessary, but Owen, was a fire that would consume her; no doubt scarring Tosh and Rhys in the process.
And Gwen was about to walk right into it.
