Have I told you lately that I hate my job?

Dear Admin who booked a nonrefundable ticket over two months ago,

Would it have been that difficult to tell me at the time that the attorney traveling has her Korean first name on all her ID, rather than the Americanized first name you gave me at the time of booking, so that NOW I have to try and get the ticket changed?
