Guess what? Websense is off again. I noticed it just before I left a week ago Friday, and it looks like that is still the case. So my new theory is that they keep putting it on periodically for a few days at a time just to try and keep people in line...or scare the shit out of them that they're being monitored? I really don't know, but I won't look the gift-horse in the mouth.

Helpful hint to the panhandler who approached me on Market St. this morning-
I'm a moderately soft touch. If you have a funny pitch or a good sign, or sometimes if you're just polite, I might pony up the moolah. However I can assure you that the following is an excellent way to guarantee that you will NOT get any money out of me:
